New Miami Girls
Turning community influence into an organized, scalable revenue ecosystem.
New Miami Girls had already built a strong community, trusted relationships, recurring experiences and growing commercial interest. Morieli designed the digital and operational infrastructure needed to connect those assets, organize partnership opportunities, expand the services offered to brands and create new paths to revenue.

Project Status
The existing asset
A trusted and engaged community
Members, recurring events, valuable content, local relationships and growing interest from brands.
The business challenge
Value spread across disconnected channels
Community experiences, commercial requests and administrative work were managed through separate tools and manual processes.
The opportunity
Turn influence into structured growth
Connect the ecosystem, professionalize partnerships and create the infrastructure for stronger and more scalable revenue opportunities.
Before / After
From fragmented value to one connected ecosystem.
New Miami Girls already had the elements of a powerful business ecosystem. The challenge was that those elements were distributed across platforms, conversations and manual workflows.
Before Morieli
The community was creating value across multiple touchpoints, but the operation behind that value was fragmented. Information, opportunities and responsibilities could become difficult to track.
Understand → Organize → Build
Designed with Morieli
Morieli designed a connected digital and operational architecture that brings the member experience, partner journey and internal management into the same ecosystem.
The real business problem
The community was growing. The infrastructure behind it was not.
New Miami Girls had already built what many organizations spend years trying to create: trust, audience, recurring engagement, local relevance and commercial demand.
The challenge was not attracting attention. The challenge was capturing, organizing and converting that attention into a consistent business operation.
Partnership inquiries arrived everywhere
Opportunities could begin through email, social media, personal messages or informal conversations.
No unified commercial portfolio
Brands could see individual opportunities, but not necessarily the full range of experiences New Miami Girls could combine into a campaign.
Follow-up depended on manual work
Leads, briefs, approvals, assets and next steps could require separate conversations and tools.
Community assets were digitally disconnected
Events, content, networking, perks, businesses and membership existed as separate experiences.
Limited operational visibility
The team needed a clearer way to understand what was happening across members, partners and campaigns.
Growth increased complexity
More members, events and commercial interest also meant more operational responsibility.
The strategic discovery
The breakthrough was not a new website. It was a new business architecture.
During discovery, Morieli identified that New Miami Girls was already operating as an ecosystem in the real world. Members, events, clubs, content, local businesses, benefits and brand partnerships were connected by the community — but disconnected by the technology.
We also found that the existing assets could become a structured portfolio of commercial opportunities. Instead of selling isolated deliverables, New Miami Girls could design customized campaigns combining multiple community touchpoints around each partner's objectives.
The opportunity was therefore larger than improving the website. It was to create an infrastructure capable of supporting a more organized, measurable and scalable business model.
- Community trust
- +Recurring experiences
- +Local reach
- +Content
- +Member engagement
- +Brand interest
The result
A scalable commercial ecosystem
Morieli did not begin by choosing a technology. We began by identifying where value already existed — and what prevented that value from becoming a stronger business.
The strategy
One ecosystem. Three connected experiences.
Member Experience
A connected journey that helps members discover people, places, experiences, content and opportunities across Miami.
- Personalized member area
- Events and RSVP
- Clubs
- Networking and coworking
- Miami discovery map
- Directory
- Deals and partner perks
- Curated content
- Podcast
- Membership and personalization
Partner Experience
A more professional commercial journey for businesses that want to reach and engage the New Miami Girls community.
- Partnership discovery
- Structured inquiry flow
- Campaign request
- Commercial opportunities
- Partner briefs
- Asset collection
- Approvals
- Communication
- Campaign visibility
- Multi-service proposals
Internal Operations
A centralized environment designed to help the New Miami Girls team manage the ecosystem with greater visibility and consistency.
- Lead pipeline
- Member management
- Event management
- Partner tracking
- Content administration

These three experiences are not separate products. They are three views of the same connected architecture.

Commercial opportunity
From isolated requests to higher-value campaigns.
Before the new architecture, a brand could approach New Miami Girls with a single request — such as sponsoring an event. But the community already had multiple assets capable of creating a broader and more valuable campaign.
Morieli designed a structure that helps the team understand the partner's objectives and combine the most relevant community touchpoints into one commercial proposal.
Initial request
"We would like to sponsor an event."
Discovery
- What does the brand want to achieve?
- Who does it want to reach?
- What type of experience fits the audience?
- Which community channels can create more value?
Expanded campaign
One inquiry becomes a more complete and valuable partnership opportunity.
This creates more value for the partner while increasing the potential value of each commercial relationship for New Miami Girls.

Founder perspective

Why this project mattered
"New Miami Girls did not need another disconnected digital tool. It needed an architecture capable of connecting the value the community had already created. Our role was to understand the business first, identify where opportunities were being lost and design a system that could support both the member experience and the commercial operation."
Built to evolve
Built as a living platform, not a finished digital brochure.
The New Miami Girls ecosystem was designed to evolve as the community grows and learns from real usage. New experiences, partner formats, revenue models, integrations and services can be added without abandoning the central architecture.
Phase 1
Foundation
Establish the connected architecture for members, partners and operations.
Phase 2
Launch
Introduce the experience and begin collecting real behavioral and operational data.
Phase 3
Measure
Understand engagement, adoption, commercial activity and operational friction.
Phase 4
Optimize
Improve the experience based on evidence and feedback.
Phase 5
Expand
Add new services, integrations, revenue models and community experiences.
Your business may already have more value than its current systems can support.
Just as with New Miami Girls, the first move is to see the full picture — what already works, what is being lost, and where growth truly begins. Morieli helps you translate that clarity into an operation and a platform designed to scale.
